Led by our robust HSD offering, our products are available either as a bundle or as an individual service to residential and business services customers. As of December 31, 2018, we had 807,900 customers who subscribe to our services. About the CompanyKnology, Inc. was a cable company formed in 1994 by ITC Holding Company, LLC, a telecommunications holding company in West Point, Georgia that also founded Internet service provider Mindspring. In 1999, Knology merged with Valley Telephone Company.
